Very low water pressure in the shower

Nothing good about it. A nonsmoking room that stunk of smoke, moldy bathtub, lousy internet, uncomfortable bed, noisy AC unit, rude front desk. Both hotels.com and the hotel website said it included breakfast but when we checked in we were told no breakfast. Hotels.com price was $20 more that the listed hotel price which we didn’t find out until later and it was non refundable. Not a very pleasant experience at all.

The shower had hair all in it. My family and I didn’t get to take a bath. It was clean

Staff wasn’t super friendly but not rude so no big deal there. But when we got to our room (which was one of those outside door types—despite the photos only showing INDOOR door room style) the door was wide open, it was only partially cleaned, and hot since it had been left open for quite some time. We went to get switched to a different room, since we weren’t comfortable staying in that one and the staff was okay-ish about that, not nice but not overtly rude I guess. This next room is clean and an interior room. But we still don’t feel super safe here—people lingering in the back of the parking lot, like the have been there for 3 hours now, no A/C going in the hallways, etc. Probably won’t stay here ever again...but nice enough for one night I guess.

They placed us in the back of the hotel. We were greeted with about 10 men in the parking lot drinking a lot and signing. We climbed stairs that were falling apart. The room smelled and was in disrepair. The men then moved upstairs. They were so incredibly loud and only getting louder. They were drunk. It is obvious that they are long term customers and there is no easy the hotel was unaware of what they were doing when they put a family with 2 children in a room smack in the middle of them. This continued until 2 am. When i checked out no questions were asked about our stay. In fact ot felt like we were being avoided. NEVER STAY HERE!!!

This was a quick decision, on my part, due to fatigue and time of night. The area had little to offer, in the way of a meal. The facility is worn and in need of an update. That being said, the desk staff was helpful and the overall cleanliness of the property was acceptable.

The toilet was not functioning... went to the desk and asked for a new room, lady offered me a plunger, not sure if she was kidding. What soured our visit occurred while waiting for her to finish her conversation on the phone, she quoted a price of $89 to the caller and we had paid $130. Did not make for a good feeling about our stay.

It was fine. The building was old but they’re had been some work to update but it wasn’t enough to hide age.
