Fairfield Inn & Suites Saginaw

Very friendly receptionist. Comfortable bed. Clean. The heater was a bit noisy when it started. I was offered a cold bottle of water at check in which was very nice.

Took over an hour to get checked in the. Given keys to an occupied room. The worker was very nice however additional training needed.

Rooms smelled like smoke. Paper thin walls, could hear our neighbors t.v. all night.

Convenient location, clean.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and the first time I had no issues so I chose to stay here again although it had been years since I last stayed there. The woman at check in was really nice, room was marked as being cleaned and ready to use. The only issue I really have is the power went out and they had no real answers for us nor did they try to notify anyone..... we had to go down and ask what happened. I feel some type of solution like maybe moving us to a room that had power could have been offered or even a reduction on the second night. Guy at checkout was also nice. Possibly would stay there again but I’m not sure.

Great place! Clean and comfortable, other than the carpet needing to be updated or shampooed. It was a pretty clean room. (Had something sticky stuck to my foot from the carpet, otherwise no complaints.)

bathroom trash can was not empty went they cleant the room before we got there - underneath the toilet seat also not clean - very disgusting

Clean and quiet. The location is great for getting places
