Hampton Inn Indianapolis Dwtn Across from Circle Centre

Location downtown, easy walk to Lucas Oil. Their COVID resrtictions for breakfast was just over the top, you couldn't even pour your own coffee, you had to ask for a brown bag from a very limited menu and they were out of lot of items. The response is we put our orders in on Saturday, How stupid is that. You couldn't even bring a breakfast back to you room for your wife. NO, she has to come and get it. Please explain the science and data on that, when the opposite is true.

This hotel was nice and the location was great. Parking was a little confusing but once we figured it out it was fine. Thank you for taking precautions during COVID, we felt safe during our stay.

Valet parking staff was unavailable and no where to be found. The hotel was not clean.

Breakfast was a little lacking, but that's due to covid. Otherwise, good location, clean. Staff very friendly.

The hotel is in a good location. Lots of restaurants in the area. Walking distance to sporting events. The parking was expensive.

Great location downtown. Great reuse of an office building. Walkable to restaurants, bars, clubs, and venues. Attentive staff at the front desk and the valet stand. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. COVID safety precautions in place with plexiglass shields, masks required, social distancing, and sanitizing practices. Given the location, and it being a weekend, the hotel was busy. As were the streets of downtown Indianapolis! We could hear the cars zooming down Meridian til the wee hours of the morning. While that may have kept us turning and tossing, we took it as a sign of people enjoying life as we try to get back to normal.

From the moment we walked into the lobby, we was greeted by Christy's smiling and friendly face. She made sure she explained the hotel's COVID policy well. We felt very comfortable while there. The room we first had smelled of cigarette smoke. I called down to the lobby and within 2 min we were given a upgrade room!!! So no problems there. Andrew and Christy are definitely great employees and an asset to Hampton Inn! We will be back next month!
