Great Staff but hotel has cockroaches.

My stay was okay. Check in was easy but within minutes of being in my room I found a cockroach. Moved to another room and didn't have any more problems. Really friendly and helpful staff!

Locked out of room/ Inadequate room

We got locked out of our room in the middle of the night because the key reader on the door died. We told the man at the front desk multiple times that we couldn’t get in our room and he just kept giving us new keys to try and shooing us away since he was on a phone call. Which I assume was a personal call since he was whispering and laughing on the phone. He did not believe us when we said the key reader was not working. Finally after 3 times of coming down to the front desk and getting new keys he finally came up to the room. When he tried the key, he said that the key reader didn’t work… oh really? That’s what we had been telling him for the past 15 minutes! Thankfully he let us have a different room to sleep in while he called a locksmith to unlock the door, but our stuff was still trapped in our room. Also, the ports to plug in your phone next to the bed were inadequate! We tried both sides of the bed and neither of them were useable. The plug holes were too big and our chargers would not stay plugged it. And the shower drain was clogged. Took a shower that turned into a bath, YUCK!

Had a night stay.well cleaned staff was nice.had one overnight worker be rude but overall everything was a plus for my first stay

I wouldn’t classify the hotel as Fabulous. The front desk agents looked like they had just left a lounge chair at home. The rooms were ok, however the cost was comparable to hotels with much more character. There were many teenage girls & chaperones, being very noisy in the hallways. I prefer a hotel with individuality, and professional front desk personnel.

Disappointed and didn't feel safe.

My husband booked a room for me to stay for one night. I arrived around 11pm. The parking was super tight and very dark. The hotel was packed and loud in the lobby. There was a guy just hanging in the elevator..... riding it and staring, intimidating riders. There was a bunch of trash lining the hallways and my sheets didn't seem clean. If i wasn't scared to leave my room, i would have left!

Given wrong room

Place is wonderful, clean staff friendly and helpful. I had booked a deluxe 2 queen bed room. On check in was given a king room, which. Normally would have been great. Thankfully the other person staying with me was a female and we shared the bed but that was not what was booked.
