Fairfield Inn by Marriott Muncie

We booked the hotel for 4 people and there were 2 towels provided for 4 people when we asked for more towels we were informed there were none The power outlets in the bathroom did not work when we called they said it would be taken care when our stay ended the outlets still didn’t work. We had to get multiple keys because they never worked our refrigerator froze all our food and beverages because it wouldn’t adjust once again after calling no solutions all in all over priced for what accommodations we had

Not super clean. Had to ask for new sheets. Shower and toilet dirty. No bugs though.

Overall pretty good. Sucks that COVID killed breakfast and the pool, but that’s nothing on them. I would like to see them recaulk some bathtubs since it’s getting kind of discolored and such. Pretty clean and comfy

There was a needle in a desk drawer. I didn’t see it till I left, but this was quite shocking and I would have to say brought up a lot of thoughts of how well the room was actually cleaned if at all.
