Very friendly staff! Front desk was on point with my check in. Made it very convenient for my stay!

The hotel room was really dirty. The shower leaked the 4 days I was there. The wifi password was changed without notification.

Our state has a mask mandate. There were signs posted at each entrance stating so. Yet the person at the desk wasn’t wearing a mask, and the hotel is very busy because of fire evacuations in our area. 👎👎 The covers on the bed were visibly dirty (see photos) as well as the bath mat in the bathroom. (See photos). There was dirt on walls and tissue box that could have just been cleaned, but was not. The rooms weren’t at all quiet as I could hear a television blaring, from the room furthest from the headboard, so the bed doesn’t share a wall and it’s still that loud. In the morning, I could hear such small details as the person making/eating breakfast/cutlery on a plate. The logo on the shower curtain was upside down. No attention to detail. No care with anything in the hotel. The carpets in hallways are also quite dirty.

Great location! Also very comfortable beds and rooms.

I requested to be on a quiet high floor room (I was coming from a long flight from Paris and needed to have no noise) she gave us a room on the parking level with non stop noise from the cars all night. Guests running their engines! Three night stay that was not enjoyable, I will never come back

Bathroom tile was popping up and bed/pillows weren’t comfy, room was hot and ac would turn on then off again right away.

I very much appreciate that the hotel was able to accommodate my request to check in early. I had an early afternoon meeting to prepare for, and being able to access my room early meant that I was able to prepare in a relaxed fashion, rather than a hurried rush.

Love the location which was close to my week long training just 20 min a way. Very quite and great staff. Made it really easy for me.

Hotel rooms are nice. Spatious and clean. Very comfortable beds. But no breakfast or housekeeping. Both can be accommodated. Could do bagged breakfast. Someone should at least empty the trash, run a vacuum, take towels and replace toiletries.

Very friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms ans all a round great place to stay.
