Hyatt Place Memphis Primacy Park

Clean hotel. Large room. Plenty of parking.

The hotel needs to be updated ASAP and cleaned from the lobby to the rooms. The laps are rusted and smelt bad had to change my room, The Ladies at the front desk was welcoming .

Customer service was great. Unfortunately, the extra mattress looked dirty and old. Also, the room needed repairs; the ceiling was peeling and the bathroom grout needed work.

This hotel was a great place to stay. The staff were truly friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with plenty of seating. My only complaint is the bathroom design, which I’ve seen at other Hyatt Place hotels. The fit between the door, commode, and tub/shower is pretty tight. For a. At groom that small, a pocket door might be a better idea. Overall, our stay was great.

Dirty and Dusty! Room was filled with dust on tables etc, not sure when they cleaned last. And cherry on top, NO soap to wash hands! Living in covid times where you have to wash hands and they don’t provide with one at all. Wouldn’t recommend if that’s how they keep their rooms.

It was fine. Hotels needs some freshening up, getting kind of dated. Employees were nice and friendly. Windows (outside) are so filthy you can barely see through them.

Hotel was overbooked. Got a lame excuse of their sales department does this regularly. I should of made them find me another room at another of their properties.

They where sold out of rooms and i need a refund back to my cash app...

No room service/housekeeping sheets were filthy with stains and ants in the bathroom on the floor.Had to service myself As if I work for them no one never came to our room to give us fresh towels. When ask for shampoo and conditioner staff member was say they don’t have access to housekeeping his room or they ran out also ask for housekeeping service I was informed that housekeeping doesn’t clean rooms because of COVID-19 and if you’re staying more than three nights housekeeping will not service your room unless you request for housekeeping to clean your room now if I had known that in the beginning when checking in I would’ve never checked into this hotel not only that but if it was stated on their website I would never had booked a stay for multiple nights with this hotel. I had to buy my own washing soap to wash the room blankets and sheets , and also ant spray. I’m very upset about this matter because I paid for my stay and the service suck . I had ask for a refund the manager refused to give me back a refund so now I will be contacting my bank and also contacting bbb about this matter. One last thing, to tell a guest housekeeping does not service guest room that stay more then 3nights or more due to COVID-19 but what doesn’t make any sense to me is that housekeeping can’t clean my room due to COVID-19 so when I check out the room is empty are you telling me that they the room dirty for 5 days then after the 5th day housekeeping cleans the room? Im lost.
