Sir Stamford At Circular Quay

Enjoyable stay. Always a pleasant stay. We missed the valet parking but that is a Civid 19 issue

We loved our quiet stay at the Sir Stamford. The staff were friendly and service was great.

We came for a one night getaway. Delighted to be able to check in early and to be able to park for free on site. The hotel is a bit old world but very comfortable. Very spacious room with Juliet balcony across from the Botanical Gardens. Very quiet and comfortable beds. Sadly the bar was closed mid-week but the hotel is so well placed, it was easy to get anywhere.

Great location, staff were very helpful and the room was clean and tidy.

We've stayed here before and will stay again. We love the character and elegance of the hotel. Our room was spacious and very clean with a great bed. Because of the Covid restrictions the dining facilities were closed but room service was available, although we ate elsewhere. The doorman recommended a good cafe just down the street where we had breakfast. It's a very convenient hotel if attending the Opera House. Circular Quay with restaurants, the ferries and trains is a short (but steepish) walk away. City shopping and Hyde Park are a slightly longer walk in the other direction--perhaps 10 minutes --but a train or bus from Circular Quay will take you very quickly up to Town Hall or any central city stop. Those with mobility issues would need to take this into consideration.
