Arrived early after over night flight....accommodated us with an early check in...very helpful

Property was beautifully kept and very clean. The lobby, bar, and restaurant have large doors kept open in nice weather to the pool. Great place to relax after a long day. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They have a discounted taxi rate going and coming from downtown and taxiis are always readily available. They also kept my extra bag stored free of charge while I traveled outside the city for the weekend. If you need stay near the airport, this is an excellent choice.

Room was old, floor was sticky (probably the kind of cleaner they used?) Facilities are run down like pool area Breakfast staff was rude and systems were being updated so they didn’t have our complimentary breakfast had to go to front desk to figure out, when figured out the food staff just ignored us. If we hadn’t chosen the breakfast option on booking we never would have Eaten there, it’s not worth the 32 bucks per person! The front desk personnel were great but the rest of the staff we came in contact with just put a bad taste of the place. You’re paying for proximity to the airport but we’d stay somewhere else next time.

Really enjoyed our stay...perfect place for our last night in New Zealand...restaurant was good and so was the breakfast included with our room👍
