Hampton Inn & Suites Ft. Wayne-North

Everything was good. My only complaint was that the highway was noisy in my room.

Booked the hotel because the pool was open then discovered A new process for the pool limits needs enforced our entire stay a large group was camped out in the pool area not allowing for other families to use the pool. They went so far as to have food delivered directly to the pool room and using a side door for people to enter and exit. With capacity limits this being unpoliced by staff left paying guests without the ability to use the pool. When the front desk was notified she only said first come first serve there are not many guests try later and wouldn’t look into it. As many doors still taped shut it was clear these people had let extras in. Other wise the stay was nice. Location is clean and comfortable. The suite rooms are huge and Yes you can hear the interstate, but the tv or room fan drowns it out if you can sleep with a fan it’s fine.

Hotel is apparently one of the older Hamptons. Bathroom needed updating but was clean. Water stain on bathroom ceiling from an apparent toilet leak above needs repaired. Beds comfy. Lots of traffic noise made it hard to sleep though. Having earplugs for at least the odd numbered rooms would have been appreciated and perhaps something for the hotel to consider going forward. Front desk staff at check in and check out were very pleasant and both processes efficient.

Room was very clean. We were only there for 1 night but the staff were amazing. I forgot my pack and play for my toddler. They immediately brought one to the room and played with the babies while I situated everything to make room for it to be set up. The pool water was a little chilly but the kids had a great time. Everything was neat and organized. In the morning the breakfast options were readily available and packaged well. Check in and check out were hassle free. As a single parent traveling with 3 kids (2 under 2 years) the staff did everything possible to make our stay great! We will definitely stay again.

It was a very nice place. The room was very clean and welcoming. The staff was polite and check in and out was easy. The wifi was not working properly and was wonky but overall it was a nice stay.

The stay was fine it was clean and efficient. The room keys stopped working and I had to get the desk lady to let me in. The problem is that the hotel put a $50 hold on my card that was never returned

Service was wonderful, very clean, breakfast was very efficient and Covid compliant. I would highly recommend. The only thing they did not have was a hot tub

I had an excellent stay here. My only issue was there was no daily housekeeping. I had to ask for clean towels.

The hotel was good, service was amazing but I found a hair on one of the towels in the bathroom that want mine.😳 other than that it was good.
