Stayed for 2 nights during a cold snap, room was clean & warm, bed was comfy, heard no noise. Overall a great stay. Centrally located, free parking, breakfast goodies included. Staff was very helpful with any concerns I may have had. The fridge and microwave were clean and wonderful to have. Comfortable tub to soak in. Strong internet connection, never bothered using the TV, but it was huge! Contemporary & comfortable lodging.

It has gone hill since the last time we stayed there! Just wasn’t as clean and the rooms need an update.

Charged me more then the price I got online

Have been staying at this hotel whenever we need to come to Winnipeg. Started 18 years ago when I was visiting on business. Have been retired now for 10 + years and we still use the accommodations as a family. The staff are very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Have always been satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms and dining area. Would recommend this hotel for anyone that wants a clean quiet spot close the airport, dining & shopping in Winnipeg west.

As I am very aware of cleanliness, I notice things others may not. Hair left behind by a previous guest is a real turn off. I noticed the bedside table was not wiped clean. The bathroom tap was grungy and there was sticky pink residue on the closet door. Also the Kleenex box was empty. The Covid style continental breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. The whole place could use an update.

The room was freezing ... no heat

The ground level parking and direct access to an outside door was perfect for us, as we had our dog with us on the trip.

Needs a bit of renovation in lounge, rooms and hallway! Found a hair in the tub 😨 Very friendly staff and warm welcome and good bye and the breakfast was delicious and perfect !

We are always welcomed like family😊. We enjoy this hotel and their friendly staff. As we were leaving on Saturday morning, our neighbor advised us that thro the night he scared off a man trying to break in to our truck! This is the first time this has happened to our knowledge. May need to add security cameras in the back parking lot.
