Use to be great, not anymore

So the staff were very friendly and good to deal with. The big issue is the state of disrepair the place is in. In our bathroom there was evidence of several significant water leaks that had been patched up, but were growing a nice layer of mold. I waited several weeks before posting this as I wrote to both Radisson and the operators Manga Hotels and had planned to raise issue with them directly. Since I received no reply from either I was left with posting here. So be warned. Employees are nice but a once "Cozy Inn" is not a run down budget barn.

Enjoyed our stay

We really liked that we were on the ground floor and could go in and out directly through the door into our room. Beds were very comfortable and the staff was very helpful

Very run down hotel and dirty. Bed sheets were worn with holes in them. Will not stay again.

Unhappy Quest

On the surface everything looked neat and tidy. After looking around we saw numerous issues. One of the curtains had a huge hole in it, one was frayed, the valance had some sort of spotting on it, perhaps food stuff?.. and there were numerous worn patches in the carpet. Not the most pleasant atmosphere to stay in. In addition there were unruly guests on both nights. Did not make for restful sleep.

I was awoken at 2 am from people yelling in the hallway few doors down. No one came to warn them to be quiet but thank goodness it only last maybe 10 minutes but still not impressed. Rooms were ok but outdated. Not sound proof meaning someone above our room on the next floor you could hear when they tossed n turned with squeeking of their bed.

It just looked scruffy because of the paint job. It looked like whoever painted, didn’t bother to sand or clean the rooms walls or outside entrance door before painting.

Wasn’t impressed with the continental breakfast. The hours aren’t convenient for the guest they are more for the staff. The food selection was very poor as well.

The cost of staying here is great. Trying to get to it on a one way street can be a bit dicey but it is where it is. The property really needs an interior face lift. Carpets, dents and scrapes on walls need to be updated drastically.
