Great hotel in a great area.. very convenient and really close to the tube! Great restaurants nearby

Hotel was nice, good location. Couldn’t sleep as generator started at 4.30am. Didn’t ask me how my stay was and when I sent a complaint in 5 days ago I haven’t had a response

I was really impressed by the service at Rydges, especially the front desk representatives like Zoe. Her and her colleague's service, kindness, and overall hospitality were superb. The property itself is a bit older, (as expected, of course) and I did have a slight issue with my original room's window which was old and didn't lock, but Zoe was incredibly quick to make sure my needs and expectations were met. The property's location is very convenient as you are very close to a tube station and some great pubs and restaurants. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and the value, especially in such an expensive city as London.

Excellent hotel very convenient for tube and bars and restaurants

Room was too cold, as there is no heater and air conditioner is not working. Corridor is warmer than room I stayed..I have to sleep in jacket on..when I asked they provided me potable heater, but still cold.. Also internet does not work, signal for wifi is very weak. Did not have good stays there.
