Very friendly and accommodating staff. Extremely clean. Definitely will stay here again.

The property had a cozy intimate feel and it was very close to my destination. However, the customer service was just okay. Housekeeping needs to be a bit more polished and professional in their interactions with guests. One housekeeper rushed to get on the elevator before me. That same person knocked on my room door by mistake and when I opened my door, she was looking under the door of another guest. Additionally, I had to call Peter at the front desk twice to have my final bill emailed. He took a long time to do what should have taken minutes.

All good. Property was very nice. Would stay again.

Very nice staff and very comfortable beds. The front desk brought what we needed to our room each time we needed assistance. We slept very comfortably. They offered to make Starbucks coffee and they do have a light breakfast option. When one of my family members left her purse in their cafe, the front desk tracked us down and kept her bag safely. Overall, we all felt we got a great deal of service.

Perfect stay nearby Boston reasonable price and convenient location

As always excellent, clean and comfortable atmosphere, with Starbucks and Bristo available at your convenience I won’t have it any other way. Perfect.
