Hampton Inn Atlanta - North Druid Hills

The hotel was great for what we needed. My girls had appointments at CHOA which is right across the interstate. The only complaint I had was of the smell in the hallways. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful.

Wifi was down I had to leave and check into. Different hotel.

Checked in at 3pm. At 6:30pm discovered the room had ants crawling on the night stand, headboard, walls and ceiling. I'm guessing there was food dropped near the bed. Called the front desk and was told there wasn't anymore rooms. I packed my things and left. This hotel will not receive my business again.

The hotel condition is terrible. Stayed for one night with family on a fun trip to Atalanta . Never ever have experienced such bad hotel conditions. The entire floor and room smelled like a weed joint. Complained at the front desk but they seemed least interested. The so called take away breakfast was a bottle of water and one Cinnamon role . They even were out of coffee creamer and reception informed they are out of cofffee creamer for days. Not sure why they are still operating ?would not advise anyone to stay in this property. Hotel. Com should refund money to its customers who have such bad experience.

I called loud several times at the check in counter but still waited for 10 minutes before someone came out to help me. I booked for a king bedroom but he gave me a two queen bedroom. The floor looks dirty with dust and water stain.

Cleanliness: worst! Toilet paper roll was on the floor. Dirty water on the coffee maker. No coffee filter. Service: Terrible. Let’s start from checking in. It took about 1.5 hrs just to check in. My wife even couldn’t use the restroom near the front desk until after the one hour when lady staff finally let her use. Coffee filter was missing so I went down to ask for it and the lady there searched for about 5 minutes and says they don’t have one. They never provided coffee filter. The breakfast fast is to go box because of covid-19, totally understandable. But, when I go down to pickup breakfast, the guy named James tell me they don’t have one. Then a lady show up to ask him that I am the hotel guest. Then he gives me one. I asked him I need one more for my wife but he rudely said they can only give one as many people try to have one. He behave as like I am trying to steal one. When I ask him I am asking one more for my wife he said quote “You have attitude.” Very rude guy. Later at about 10:00 AM they knocked and open my door even though check out time is noon. No privacy as promised by Hilton. Even during the pandemic, many staffs with no mask or mask below nose. I will never ever stay there and suggest everyone to think million times before booking the place.

Very nice location, hotel amenities, and service.

Courteous staff and very clean rooms. Definitely will stay here again. Price was great as well for a full size king bed room.
