Staybridge Suites Overland Park - Kansas City S

Very nice and clean. During pandemic so no maid services which was what we wanted. Grab and go packaged breakfast items also due to virus. The location was to our liking.

Size of room was great, had a good stay. Kids enjoyed the pool.

We had a suite with a separate bedroom, and there was plenty of space for 4 of us. We LOVED the kitchenette, which included a dishwasher, two burner cooktop, coffee pot, toaster, silverware, dishes, pots and pans, and a full size fridge with freezer and ice maker. There was a TV in the living room and one in the bedroom. We did not have a DVD as was indicated in the reservation, nor were streaming channels an option. There is a laundry that is free for guests and laundry supplies can be purchased at the front desk. We did not partake of the breakfast options, fitness room, or pool. Building is new and clean and staff very friendly and helpful. This will be our place to stay when we visit Kansas City!!!

This might be my new favorite hotel. For someone like me who has stayed at a lot of hotels, that's saying a lot. It's way nicer than the price would suggest. The staff were among the most friendly and helpful of any hotel I've stayed at. I have paid a lot more for "higher end" hotels that provided lower quality rooms than this one. It's not much more than a Holiday Inn Express; but it's way better. The room layout was great. It was very clean. The location was great. We loved this stay! And I know I already said it, but the staff was super friendly and helpful!

Service was good. Room was clean and well maintained. Felt very welcome there. Easy access to everywhere. Great location. I highly recommend staying here.

The facility was new, rooms were clean and spacious. Elevators are a little slow and small but clean. The were in the process of building an outdoor grilling area which should be a great addition
