Hilton Garden Inn Pascagoula

Jeanine at the front desk was AMAZING! She helped us, courteously and thoughtfully, even though our problem was with Hotels.com, not the property or her. She recognized my son was so tired and allowed us to take the room while my husband continued to resolve the issue.

3 rooms later..... 1st 2 were musty smelling. 3rd was good. Shower had no option... it was on period. Quite a shocker when you see the stopper down expecting water to go into the tub. Whew!

Night staff was rude. No hot water. Other than that, it was ok.

The hotel has potential. Has lots of amenities. But had lots of mold in the rooms. Strong smell of mildew.

Finally Hotels.com sent over my reservation so it was in the hotels computer.

The hotel was great. We had an issue with the room booked on Expedia vs/ what we got at the hotel. They made it right by comping us and additional room so we could be comfortable

I’ve stayed at this property for years, and I never really had issues. This particular stay was different, because my bed linen Had all over it. Front desk switched my room to a room that smelled like mold. All in all this was the worst experience I had at this hotel.

You over booked they did not have a room for us we had to leave town to find a place to stay. Very bad business no way to get repeat customers. I was expecting some resolution from you after 23 minute on terminal hold I gave up and went home.THANKS FOR A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Tried to check in at 8:30 p.m. Room wasn't ready per front desk.

The room was very clean. And yes with the pandemic there is a risk staying or going out anywhere, but the woman working the desk had no mask on. She also coughed and sneezed several times while helping us and she did not cover her mouth but she just put her head down towards the counter. Also on top of that she was very rude, no "how can I help you" and I did not know whether or not she was ready to help me and I did not want to crowd her desk because of the virus and she left me standing there for a min. Then I am not sure why she did not finish helping to check me in but she told he man who just walked up to help me. That is when she proceeded to cough and sneeze all over the check in desk. The room was clean although it had a damp musty smell. Overall the room and hotel was nice but staff was not so accommodating.
