They was no running water the shower & bath tube was broken it was a water main break & the sink only ran cold water so no hot water in sink either. Could not take a shower or bath due to absolutely no water flow from the shower or bathtub Fossett there was clogging of the toilet the toilet had to be plunged every time it flushed it was a horrible state due to that issue.

Cleanliness, location, and staff were exceptional. Beautiful property. Well maintained.

Only problem was the guests coming in late and being loud.

The woman at the desk was wonderful. The hotel was not as clean as I would expect especially for the price. The bed was comfortable

I loved this hotel! Great staff, clean room, lobby cleanliness, etc. My only concern is there’s no hotel parking lot/garage. I was given the choice of parking on the street or in a garage that was diagonal from the hotel which meant I had to walk a little further than expected just to park in an actual garage. If they had their own lot or garage I wouldn’t mind staying again. I won’t be returning here for another stay.

Called and asked if everything pool breakfast ect was available. Was told yes. When i called to check on pool time, it was closed. When i checked in, i was informed no breakfast. Room was dirty. Bed had bugs and felt wet, and air wasn not working. Hotel was musty. . Great help from receptionist on duty switched rooms and it was clean and cool. The breakfast and pool misinformation was frustrating and could not get refunded because it was 3rd party booking. Un acceptable information after being on hold for 30-40 minutes between 2 calls.

The personnel was very kind and helpful very polite rooms were clean overall it was very quiet and peaceful

Nice room, comfy bed. I picked this location for the pool and splash pad, as I had a toddler to entertain, but both were closed for covid which was not listed. It listed breakfast, but it was not continental or included in the cost. This is fine except the restaurant was closed due to covid, also not listed. These were also not expressly stated upon checkin, not until I asked when the pool closed. Parking was a pain. Not worth the price without the “fun stuff” or food. Could have stayed at a place half the cost and had the same room experience with more money for other entertainment. Also, having never rented a room before I had no idea I needed extra money for incidentals. This is also fine except it has to be on a card, and I don’t have credit cards and no access to a bank in the area (it was also after close) to deposit cash. Had to have someone drive an hour and a half because I needed to stay in town and couldn’t do it over the phone. Good place to stay if you’re looking for an expensive option for an average stay during covid.Can’t comment on a “normal” stay.
