The staff is very friendly and attentive! I was also happily surprised with the swimming pool size. It is conveniently located, just 10 mins away from the bus stop, but quite far away from the city center of Gloucester - about 30 mins by bus. It was a very comfortable stay overall!

It was a great experience, lovely breakfast. Professional staff... Just bit too cold in the restaurant during our meal.

A really enjoyable stay. We felt safe throughout the hotel particularly around the bar and restaurant which has clearly been well thought out. Good facilities especially the pool and gym. Will definitely return

No top up of tea and coffees until we went to reception to ask. No cleaning of hotel until day 4 which was the day we left. Breakfast offered was a continental in a bag! When other restaurants are serving breakfast ok under Covid rules.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Disingenuous marketing and explanation around the swimming pool. Disappointing that the Expedia website and the Holiday Inn website clearly advertise the pool, with no warnings, whereas it was closed on arrival. Disingenuous that Holiday Inn said this was based on 'following government guidelines', whereas we visited on the 8th August and UK govt guidelines advised indoor pools can open from the 25th of July.
