Roosevelt Grand Dakota Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Shower was disgusting. Ice machine didn’t work. Floor was dirty and sticky. Beds looked like they were changed. Supposed to have continental breakfast. There wasn’t any.

Great experience. Excellent service and the food was great.

The pool area was very nice with comfortable patio furniture to sit on. Everything nice and well kept up. We got a pool side room at no extra cost. It would have been nice to have a free breakfast. The was a bag of tobacco left from a prior guest.

Great customer service for those staying longer than a week.

My experience was not like it once was. The night attendant was very rude. As I had a problem with my room, he basically just ignored it. He never offered to move me. When the morning people came in they did help me. The room the put me in was very uncomfortably hot. I did not say anything because I came in at about 9 pm and knew the night manager was working.

The lobby seemed nice and there was a decent Mexican restaurant next door. Once you went beyond the lobby, it was clear the hotel needed an update. My room wasn't clean. I told the clerk. He didn't appear to be concerned. There was dirt in the shower, a plastic wrapper on the floor, one bed seemed to have been slept on or poorly made, the other bed had small stains on the coverlet. The smoke alarm went off when I took a shower. I told another clerk and she said they were aware that happens in some of rooms. How about fixing it? Warning your guests? It freaked me out and I had just hopped in the shower at 6AM. Meh.

I can't imagine how anyone would rate this property anything less than terrible. It is so dirty we didn't even stay our 2nd night because it was so disgusting. Everything in our room was dirty so no need to list it all out.

Everything was great at this stay. Pool area was clean and safe (covid wise).

Nice hotel. Clean and up-to-date rooms. Friendly staff. And a decent bar which was appreciated after being on the road for 15 hours. Would recommend this place.
