Quality Inn

The first room had a broken air conditioner. Missing tv remote. Found belongings in room from previous guests. Only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. We were then moved to another room. It was missing towels and not clean. For breakfast we got a juice and there were 3 bugs floating in the juice. Not very much Quality to this inn.

When we first got there, the outside was unkempt. The hotel room did not seem to have been cleaned since there was urine and what looked like blood on the toilet seat plus there was hair on the bathroom floor. The carpet was not vacuumed either. Will not be returning.

The hotel room itself was not the cleanest. I understand that during this pandemic time there may not be a lot of guests but the rooms should still be cleaned and maintained. Fire alarm was missing and a Kleenex was stuffed in it ( on ceiling). Bathroom light didn’t work So we used the heat lamp light. Overall we made it work for the 1 night we were there but I guess you get what you pay for, as the hotel next door where we have stayed before was over $100 more per night

Rooms were not made up. Needed third room to accept.

After driving all day, what a welcome site to see. I was pleasantly surprised by this very comfortable and clean oasis on the interstate. Check in gentleman was very nice too.

The customer service is bad that young lady works at night shift on weekdays

Close to a lot of eating places easy off and on of the highway.

Room was very clean; bed was super comfortable and so were the pillows. Only thing that sucked was the location. Hard to find at night.

Orange juice was weak, and so was coffee. Breakfast was ok otherwise, except for room temp. No a/c. Property is nice, but off the road, and not very visable, so not a lot of business

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good clean motel
