Days Inn by Wyndham Charleston East

Was very disappointed. The reservation stated that the room had a jetted tub, it did not. That was very upsetting. When we got to the hotel. It was about 9pm, the girl was sleeping on one of the couches in the lobby, didn't even notice we came in. There was fast food trash left all over multiple tables. When her phone rang, she finally noticed us. Also, no vending machines available, had to drive down the street to get something to drink. Very unpleasant stay over-all.

Comfortable rest and clean. Breakfast taken down too early by 9 am. Went at 9:15 and nothing there. Disappointed!

The lady at the desk was friendly. The parking lot is not very well lit and looked a little shady. The room appeared clean for the most part but when I went to shower, there was what appeared to be men's beard stubble all on the shower wall. The bed was very comfortable and close to many delicious restaurants.

I stayed at this Days Inn from 12/24/20 thru 12/27/20. This was the worst horels I have ever stayed at ever!!!!!! My room when I walked in was very dirty. Stains on the bedspread, carpet dirt everywhere. TV had dust all over it and a pubic hair on the outside of the bathtub that was not mine!!! It did not get any better while staying at this dump. Four days and all that was done each day was trash changed and that is all. People above me being loud at 11pm and doors opening and slamming all hours of the night. Never again will I go thru this crap!!!!! This is what I am furious about!!!! When I checked in to the hotel they charged a 100 dollar deposit for the room. I gave on my card and was told it would be refunded back to my card within a week after checking out. Well, it has been over three weeks now and after speaking with the Mngr three times my money has not been returned and I keep getting the run around!!! By the way, have witnesses hearing him say 0 damage to the room and I Left it the way it was befor checkin! So give me back my money$!!!!!!!!!!! Run the other direction from this place! Oh, after staying I read where this money keeping has happend to other travelers sadly! I am going to file a claim with the BBB in that town and contact corporate Days Inn and file a complaint with them. Lost a customer for life...... T. Wilson TN.

We did not get the room we reserved and the room they out us in when we got there was not the room and then had to be moved to another which was still not the room we don't like you service and would not recommend it to anyone

Disappointing Experience - 1) Your room will not have a jetted bathtub. I was told at the front desk that only 1 room has a jetted bathtub. This is false advertising. 2) During our stay, the man who works at the front desk, ran my wife off when getting her 2nd coffee refill of the day in the lobby. He wanted her to make her own coffee in the room. He was miserly about the coffee in the lobby. That was unpleasant. 3) My wife observed a man paying an apparent prostitute in the Days Inn parking lot.

It was a one night stop, but we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and great service. The room itself looked more like a hotel room with all of the necessities. There was to go breakfast, muffins, coffee and some other stuff. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, would come back.

Place was clean but seemed to need repair. Also waa noisy, could hear everything.

Very quick late overnight stay, Very happy with it.
