Comfort Inn Near Greenfield Village

The desk staff was exceptional. My husband made the reservation, but had the wrong date. They helped correct thing and were very helpful.

The hotel is well located. It is nearby The Ford Museum (15 min walk), public transportation option to Airport and Detroit Downtown, restaurants and grocery store.

All areas including the room was clean. Service was excellent. Many children in our hall by the pool so a little extra noise but not terrible. Pool was comfortably warm. Overall a good stay.

Not a good place to stay it was more of a hang out then a hotel

Not clean, big, dirty comforter. Very disappointed. I had to checkout earlier than expected

Not wuch a good time ... reservations were for 4 ppl and there was only 1 towel,wash cloth and hand towel in the room... This room was uncomfortably small for 4 people and at night other guests were screaming yelling fighting in hallways which woke our 2 year old up multiple times... The whole floor wreaked of marajana and lastly our room was paid for online and when we went to check in was told there was an required 100 deposit. Caught me off gaurd but room was booked a week in advance so I paid it and was returned at checknout

Wasn’t impressed first night Friday had a lot of young folks hanging out in hallways leaving trash in hallways running and horse playing was shocked due to this is a very nice property in Dearborn.. Mt second night was much quieter and hallways had been cleaned. Management should monitor more when allowing young guest.. would stay again due to closer to city..

Bad service and dirty place Expedia app says price includes all taxes and fees they still want to charge tax . Over all it’s a cheap Motel

Very hot outside when we arrived. Check in at 3 and we got there at 2. Was told we could not check in and could not even wait in lobby. There were no stores near by and road construction on road in front of hotel, so we had to wait out side in heat on a picknic table for an hour. At 3 we were allowed in. Also when you gave you credit card charged us $100.00 deposit on it, which is pending, but has tied up my credit card for that amount now for several days. Room was nice, but the blanket and sheet on our bed was put on backward so the tags on the blanket and sheet were in our face, when we unmade the bed and remade it. discovered it was because there was a ink stain on the bottom of the blanket. The worse was that our windows were so dirty, you could barely see out. Bed was really good and room was nice otherwise.
