Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tyler

We knew we were staying at an older hotel but the pictures online looked pretty good and the price was right. We were pleasantly surprised at the updated interior and cleanliness. I am very picky about a hotel's cleanliness and I have no complaints about this one. We needed to leave our bags up front for a few hours after we checked out and they were very accommodating to us as well. There was also coffee in the rooms from a local store for the coffee maker which was unusual and another surprise for a hotel at this price.

The property is frequented by women of the night and young people engaging in unseemly activities. I checked out just a few hours after checking in because I refused to expose my 3 year old to that environment. Additionally, the walls were stained with many rusty spots on and in the corners, pubic hair was on the toilet and on the bath tub. The room even smelled odd.

Beds were too high for older persons to get in easy.

We were disappointed that the free continental breakfast was stopped....I know Covid has caused it, but still disappointing that it is advertised. Also were told that the pool was open from 3 to 9 pm and it was never open when we tried to go in the evenings..... There was old chips and things under the beds and dead bugs on the floor.....but the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

It was ok. I feel that you should not have a sing up saying breakfast If your not serving one I understand why you are not serving. The rooms were good but your out door walk ways are not very clean at all.

It was quiet.. nice and the girl at the reception was really welcoming and nice

No hot water in shower. Water was not even Luke warm. Do not recommend

I have stayed here a couple of times, but it has been over a year. The hotel has really taken a turn. The cleanliness could use some work, maintenance needs updating and customer service was horrible. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

Friendly staff, and the room was very clean. They could use another ice machine/vending machine on the far side of the building, but overall it's good. Since there's no breakfasts because of Covid, I hope they're passing on the savings to us!

I was very satisfied with my room nice comfortable, clean and neat. Nice courteous staff. Great Customer service. I love my room.💞 May God bless ur plans.
