Hyatt Centric Fisherman's Wharf San Francisco

From the moment we arrived until we left 2 days later.. it was amazing! Friendly, helpful and caring staff.. it was my boyfriend’s birthday and I wanted to treat him to something special! PERFECT! Thank you so much! Definitely will be back and recommend this place.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the San Francisco Fishermen area. It was conveniently located right in front, and was close to many stores including Trader Joe’s, Safeway and Walgreens. Cleanliness was 10/10 especially because of Covid. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I had a great time and definitely would come back.

The best thing was the location. After paying $45 a day to park, it was annoying that the garage elevator didn’t work. The furniture in the room was modern and not comfortable. The water was lukewarm the first night. Staff were pleasant but not very help.

Coming to SF under Covid conditions, Places to eat, limited, things to do after 6pm limited, nightclubs not at all. So to choice to come one would think the hotel would appreciate having someone spend money at their hotel and NOT charge $50 per night to park in a two thirds empty lot! Then their is a $20 you came to SF so were are charging you? We will definitely choose any other hotel next tine.

The front desk clerk who checked us in was really nice and informative. He helped us figure a time to head to the airport so that we wouldn’t be stuck in traffic.

Hotel has next to no help due to the pandemic. It's self parking, get your own luggage to the room and their restaurant is closed until further notice. The room, we were on the 5th floor, was very noisy. The outside noises were very clear and it was as if we were on the ground floor next to the street. We asked for our room to be cleaned and restocked but it didn't happen. A large plastic bag with clean towels and other things was hung on our door. Our room was completely ignored. I should have called before booking.
