The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco

It was our anniversary and the hotel had huge chili ate covered strawberries for us, rose petals all over the bed and an lovely car upon our arrival. This was our first stay at the Ritz and it did not disappoint. We didn’t have to lift a finger for reservations, car rentals anything they handled everything for us. I don’t know how we will ever stay anywhere else now I feel so spoiled

Staff is always amazing and the location can’t be beat!

There was a power outage in our hotel. Which caused the elevators not to work. We had to wait 40 min for a bellman to help us carry all of our luggage’s and a small baby up two flights of stairs using our phones as flashlight because the emergency exits had no lights. The valet had to be called by staff numerous times which resulted in our car arriving 30 min late. This whole ordeal took over an hour for us to be able to leave the hotel which resulted in us missing our flight. I’m extremely disappointed in how the staff handled this entire situation and missing our flights.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Upgraded to Club floor on check in - so worth it! Lunch, champagne & caviar tasting, late evening desserts, next morning breakfast - all included - no extra charge. Luxurious lounge area, cozy fireplace, attentive staff. Our room was wonderful - huge marble bathroom, fabulous bed linens - we had a zero stress, pampered stay.

The staff was amazing. Very personal. We had a wonderful night on New Years.

Our room was nice and clean. But our room was not ready upon my arrival , waited 1 hr and 15 mnts to get my room. I think it was over priced too. The hotel was not that great and the food at the lounge was was not either.

Nichaulas and Carmen in the club level were outstanding to say the least!! They were professional, kind, and always willing to assist and help the guests with everything. I really appreciated their attention to the details with the guests and I hope they know it did not go unnoticed and I thank you both for being so attentive to me and my guests! Mona

I liked everything but expenses such as food/meals, laundry etc. were ridiculous.

Truly the best hotel in San Francisco!!! Service is beyond perfect and the room was amazing for my family!

Not worth the name Ritz Carlton, it’s a great location, I moved to another Hotel
