Atlanta Marriott Buckhead Hotel & Conference Center

I had a 2 stay but my second Day was cancelled for reasons I don’t know!

It was disappointing. It was dirty especially the parking garage. Litter on the floor of the hotel remained there during my stay. I booked for a King size bed but The receptionist refused to give me a King Size bed but instead gave me a double bed saying that they were full and because i booked with hotels.com they reserve the right to give me any room they desire. Sad!

Initially I was given a room I did not reserve(double), I reserved a King. I went back to desk and they made the change. Also they help an additional $50 on my account and parking was $25 or Valet for $30. Room was nice and clean overall experience was good.

Not staying there again! Disappointed with the hotel. Not up to Marriott standards

No so good, stayed 2nights parking was $100 awful

I felt very comfortable in the midst of the Covid Pandemic. Both staff and guests were taking things seriously with masks and social distancing. No crowds in public areas and the room was very clean when I arrived.

It was ok. Definitely did not feel like a 4 or 5 star property. We’ve stayed in this area at other hotels many times and we will not stay here again.

They stay was ok but there was so much noise in the hallways and it was so much trash over flowing in the parking lot that stayed there for days before it was cleaned up. This hotel needs to do a better job of keeping everything clean.

The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. There were people playing loud music in their rooms and constant parties. Room had a stain on pillowcase. The first floor smelled like mold as well. Not up to Marriott standards.

By far the worst Marriott I have stayed. Trash was left in walk areas the entire weekend. Moldy ceilings hallways smelled like mold.
