Residence Inn by Marriott Savannah Midtown

Excellent staff/customer service. Very Clean......

For the amount of money, I paid I expect the room to be perfect. But there were a couple of problems wrong with the room, the first is the light in the bathroom didn't work, so I took a shower in the dark. But I used the light that was located right in the middle where the sink was. There was also mold in the shower right on the edge on the floor by the shower door. There was a red stain on the carpet, it kind of scared me because I didn't know whether or not it was someone blood or not. Overall the room was nice, with a few minor issues.

The hotel was clustered in with several other hotels. So it was a little confusing. The hotel was small with one old elevator. The room was clean and comfortable. The to go breakfast was just okay and they ran out of coffee. We picked this hotel because of the free parking, but wished we had stayed closer to the city center.

Very clean room. Lots of space. Love the separate room for couch and living room space. Love the toilet separated from the sink and other bathroom space.

Great experience

Great property. Previously, I had a bad experience with my reservation, the property was closed for renovations and I was not notified after the bad experience and 45 min waiting to be relocated we were offered this property and honestly I couldn’t be more happy.

Quiet convenient with wonderful breakfast including fruit and Brie. Sandra the general manager was so helpful with a prepayment problem. She made my life totally easy.

It was what I expect from a Residence Inn. We went for a weekend getaway, property is not midtown but rates were less than half midtown properties of even what I consider lower tier hotels due to the events going on. There is a mall and plenty of places to eat close by, we used Uber to get back and forth to midtown at minimal cost.

Lady at the desk was wonderful, we got there late and left earlier and she was just so sweet at all times! Room was very clean and large! Very very nice. Will stay next time in town.

The hotel is very clean and the staff super friendly.
