Mercure Brussels Airport

Hotel rooms need a little updating but staff very helpful and accommodating. Nice little bar area and great stone baked pizza. 15 min taxi ride to Brussels airport.

Perfectly adequate hotel. Great location for where I happened to be working which was why I selected it. I didn't have an evening meal at the hotel but the food I saw being brought out while I had a drink at the bar looked good. Bar staff where attentive. There's a small restaurant a couple of mins walk away, can't recall the name but turn right out of the hotel. Very nice meal there and reasonably priced. Breakfast in the morning was fine, don't recall seeing any staff but everything I needed was there. Internet in the room was fine, only used it to catch up on emails. Price I paid was very high but all other Hotels in the area were similar, think there must have been an event on.

Perfect for visiting nato hq, it’s 15 mins walk or the hotel runs a free shuttle bus in the morning. Not much else in the area, just 1 decent restaurant next door and quite a long tram or bus journey into the city. Hotel food is good too.

Shower enclosure (1/2 glass door) was not to my liking, but other people may not mind.

Convenient hotel, although a bit old. Good value for money

Ideal location being close to the airport and 4 minute walk to our Brussels office. The reception/bar/restaurant area was clean but quite small. My room was ok but not excellent. There were broken light switches and the bed and rest of the room was a bit dated. For the £165 per night price I was expecting a bit more.

A very functional hotel with pleasant staff - shuttle bus is a little intermittent, but hey ho.

First time stay at this hotel due to a flight cancellation. The staff were friendly & helpful. Room quite comfortable, in fact for the price very good facilities. Nice breakfast. Recommended.
