Very nice hotel with super helpful staff. They offered us a welcome drink while we waited for our room to be prepared. The room was large, clean and comfy. The bathroom however, was quite small and cramped, the wood countertop was a bit mouldy, and the hot water was limited. The hot tub was nice, but could stand to be several degrees warmer, especially in the colder winter months. Breakfast served on the terrace was a lovely start to the day, and the views are fantastic. And you’ll get a great cardio workout in climbing those stairs a few times daily! Overall a decent stay in Santorini.

Stay here whenever you visit Santorini! The best place to stay! You will be amazed with the view and the room!

We loved our stay here, from the staff, the room and especially the view from this place. It's not too far from Fira center, you still can walk and it's quieter in here rather than Fira. We will come back to this place again for sure!

Beautiful View... very accomodating staff... off season so restaurant closed but they brought breakfast to the room every morning

The view was breathtaking, the room was very clean and comfortable, hot water all day long, and most of all, the stuff was very kind and willing to serve us!!!! Congradulations!!! Proud of our Greek services!!!!

One of the best views of my life in the mornings and evenings. My room was next to the sea, in room breakfast, great staff. The only problem is walking all the steps with the luggage, which is quite common at properties in Santorini.

It was a beautiful hotel. Great service and very friendly staff. They were Super helpful and attentive.. Our room was almost perfect. Only wish we had a little more privacy on the patio. Overall experience was good though.

The views were stunning (which any other hotel has it). The staff was very nice. I booked 5 days for room 107 knowing that they have a hot tub on the terrace. I was disappointed because the hot tub was filthy, not cleaned, and obviously I did not use it. This facility needs a lot of improvement. I mean for a 5 stars hotel, charging 200 and some euro a night, they need a lot of work to do. My suite (room 107) smelled heavily bleach and chemicals- maybe after 2-3 days the smell went away. It was so much humidity that moisture was running down the walls- I asked for a dehumidifier and I got one. The draining from the shower is very slowly, the hot water is gone after 3 minutes, the WiFi is so poor (don’t tell me you cannot afford a router here and there since you ask me for 220 euros a night). What else? The TV doesn’t t work, the breakfast was not impressive (cheap). Overall, I made a poor choice with this hotel because I didn’t bother to read the reviews. Ahhh, by the way the pictures advertised on Expedia are far from reality. The 5 star hotel in actuality is 2.7 star hotel. I was disappointed because the reason I spent around $3,000 was to be at this hotel, look at the views and sit in the hot tub. It didn’t happen because the hot tub was dirty and not attractive. I looked around at some other rooms and other hot tubs in this hotel- they were outdated and filthy. Sad. I could have gone to any other place in this world. It was a waste of my money. Too expensive
