Newer hotel, the price point was excellent for what you get, has a small kitchen ,table for two and is roomy with comfortable beds. Although a functional kitchen with full size fridge, they do not provide any cook or dinnerware, breakfast for a fee.

Clean, comfortable, and priced right.

This was my second stay at the Overland Park My Place hotel. I was traveling on a business-related trip, but with my wife and two grandkids--so we had a room with a two queen-sized beds. Amenities at this hotel are limited--coffee, but no breakfast, no pool ... but we were only there as a place to sleep overnight, so it worked out fine. And the room had a kitchenette had we wanted to use it. Bottom line, the check-in was friendly and convenient. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient to the highway and area businesses. And the price was competitive--by that I mean a good bit under the going rate for other places I'd consider. If you're looking for amenities or luxury, this probably isn't the place. But if you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to get a good night's rest--this is it.

Great price, hot water, great location and clean.

We stayed her weekend for softball. Nice and clean property with hot water at a great price. We liked having the kitchenette that had a small full fridge. Our drawback on the property was no ice machines except for the ice makers in the fridge. No fitness center and no pool. A pool isn’t always used during our trips for softball but we use a lot of ice and need the ice machines. We would definitely stayed at the property again because when it comes down to it for our needs we always look for is: Great price, hot water, great location and clean.

Clean and updated

The fridge wasn’t working and the remote wasn’t but we got in late and left the next day so we didn’t care. We did let the staff know though. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, clean bathroom/shower. Newer updated place. Would recommend and will stay there again

Nice hotel

Clean hotel near a lot of restaurants and soccer and baseball fields. It was quiet during the night, but I heard lots of doors opening and people talking in the hallway in the morning. Our room was close to the lobby, and the beds were comfortable.
