Tru by Hilton Fort Worth Fossil Creek

My daughter and I had to stay at Tru hotel due to weather conditions in Ft worth Tx. I booked for the wrong night. The young lady at the front desk still found me a room for the correct night with no issues. My daughter kept saying this is a nice fancy hotel. I couldn’t get her out the shower she loved it so much. This is a great hotel. Great staff

Fine stay during a difficult time

We were very excited to finally get a night out without the kids for Valentine’s Day and loved the room until we lost electricity around midnight. It was very cold and ruined the stay. We were also charged 100.00 fee which we didn’t know about and then when we spoke to the staff at check out he really didn’t have any answers as to when we would get our fee back and just told us to contact Hotels.com about what happened.

The day front desk clerk waa amazing, so very sweet and friendly. The evening front desk Hispanic girl, was horrible, rude, very rude and not helpful. I won't be back due to this girl, shes awful. I will be telling friends and family as well. There was so much noise on the 3rd floor.

Amazing

Great two night stay. No complaints except for the pillows, which I know is a personal preference, but they were just mush. No support at all. I actually went to the lobby and took a pillow off the couch! Interstate traffic was loud.

They made me pay a $100 deposit . Then put me in a room that smelled of cigarettes. I demanded a new room. Then I asked for shaving cream and they supposedly where out.

Clean and spacious rooms the price was amazing.

The most i have to complain about is the plastic knives bend too much. As other comments mentioned there is no pool and due to covid they will not come in during your stay. The rooms being cleaned smelled like lysol. The sheets are very soft and comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion are provided. Breakfast was great considering. They have sausage sandwiches, burritos and waffles to heat up (they are prepacked, therefor very covid safe)
