Hotel Colorado

Price to quality/value is totally out of line. No complementary coffee. When looking for a little advice/concierge service no one would answer the phone even when we were calling for room service. Lady who checked us in talk like a robot treated us like A commodity.The lady who cared for us at the bar however was extremely cordial and very helpful and simply nice.Bathroom was extremely small and difficult to manage nowhere to set anything down had to sit sideways on the toilet water pressure was extremely low. The room furniture and furnishings were not up to par based on the price charged.This property at this time is nowhere near worth the money, $224 plus tax on New Year’s night. I would never stay there again unless the price was close to $100. Good luck hotel Colorado I hope you survive and I hope you change for the positive

We stayed in room 323. We have no light in our closet. We have no fridge and microwave.

The Hotel Colorado is a must. The history and charm will delight everyone. Christmas time is special at the hotel, they are known for their decorations! Highly recommend

We love this classic, grand hotel! It was decorated so charmingly for the holidays. COVID restrictions require all persons to wear masks on the property. Room service was helpful for us. My only complaint is that the hotel’s historic infrastructure means that it takes a very long time for hot water to make it to your room.

Loved the Hotel Colorado! Wonderful old building with tasteful and effective modern upgrades. Restaurant service a little spotty, but the food was delicious. The decorations were spot on, tasteful and not overdone.

Great old hotel with amazing history. We were a little bummed with the room. Perhaps with the great deal here on Hotels.com we got an understated room. It took away from the grand experience of this hotel. The room and hotel felt empty, this perhaps due to Covid. I’d love to see additional rooms. The beds were so comfortable.

Pictures are deceiving, Hotel does NOT have a Pool. They also have NO air conditioning in the rooms. Other than that it’s a nice hotel, medieval look a like.
