ibis Muenchen City Nord

Overall this was a very good hotel at a great price. Our room was small but functional and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We received just two towels total, which was only slightly inconvenient. Only complaint is that the water in the shower was slow to drain, which could be managed by using water conservatively. The location was great for the price. We utilized the nearby Aldi and U-bahn stations, but there were also nearby restaurants and the older part of Munich is within walking distance. Englisher Garden is just a few blocks away. It was challenging for us as first time visitors to find parking, and once we did we left our car in the spot for the duration of our stay and didn’t miss it at all.

It's an ibis so nothing fancy, but all was available. The bed was pretty comfortable. I liked the location being so close to the city bikes and airport bus. Easy going bar as well. Nothing went amiss.

The hotel was perfectly located for us... we were able to jump on the U Bahn and get to Allianz Arena for a game.... and the next morning we were on the right side of town to drive to the Airport without problem. While it wasn't "fancy", it provided everything we needed, including Air Conditioning. And we were delighted to find a box of fresh apples in the lobby.

This hotel is Close to subway, clean, and reasonably priced.

The staff were not fluently in English. Hard to understand.Rooms are no well maintained. Water leakage when rain. Trash was left in the room. Was not taken care. Too hot. Poor Air conditioning .

Near to tube station and airport bus stop. Close to English Garden for walking.

Basic but clean and with friendly staff. On the down side a lot of items were off the menu when I decided to eat in on the first night. But breakfast was fine with a lot of choice (albeit mostly cold) and included in the price. The location is fantastic as it is right next to the Lufthansa stop for the airport bus and only about 100m from the Nordfriedhof U-Bahn, which makes getting to the MOC or city centre very easy. Will stay there again.

I liked how the staff was because they were very polite and helped you for any need possible. The location was perfect as there was aldi nearby and the underground was close by as well.
