Riviera Hotel Beirut

My booking was twin 2 beds a room and upon arrives time at the hotel rooms were not available they have only king bed.

the service was horrible and they stole money from me.

We arrived at eveining andwait at the reception about 25 minuts. In the room i saw the worst in my life, i visited hundreds hotels but this time was the wose i has been,,, The WC was filled with humen efluents, and very dairty.

Old hotel need maintenance, they charge you if you use hotel facility like the pool

The staff is very friendly and do their best to satisfy the customers, and always had a nice word and a smile for us. The location is excellent. Our room had a view of the Mediterranean Sea and we enjoyed the sunset every evening. The corniche just outside the door is the best place to walk in Beirut. We walked both ways to the St George Bay and to the Raouche.

I loved my stay at the hotel, very friendly and professional staff. The location is also excellant. I will come back soon

Poor Hk service, i had to request the HK room attendants twice to get my room done, the request was made to the reception staff since they don't HK departments, on the other hand the rooms are so outdated and the bathrooms are old and rusty.

Business trip and had work to do. No table/ desk in the room and had to call twice to change the room. A table was brought 90 mins later. Waterfront is nice. Army camp next door look like it’s been in plenty of action
