TownePlace Suites by Marriott Windsor

Our stay was amazing. Service was outstanding. Everyone was very accommodating. I definitely would stay there again.

Extremely comfortable room with excellent facilities, including the little kitchen and tv marriott. Will definitely stay here again.

The front desk crew (saw 2 people in the 2 days we were there) were wonderful and helpful. The bed was comfortable as Marriott is known for and rooms were clean with one exception; Lipstick or chapstick mark on a glass in the kitchen cupboard. I’ve worked in the industry and always clean any in room glassware/kitchenware regardless when (5 years ago, last year, current COVID situation etc). This wouldn’t deter me from returning. Like I said, the pluses outweighed the one or two negatives.

Great experience, first you’ll be greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk attendant, she gave us great advice on where to park, what to do and where to eat. Rooms looked all newly renovated and well decorated with all the amenities of a small apartment. Beds were super comfortable and the tv even had Netflix which you can login to. Continental breakfast provided and maximum COVID measures were taken. Finally, location was in the heart of downtown Windsor and walking distance to restaurant, bars and attractions. Thanks Marriott Windsor!

The only thing I liked about the property was the room was very lovely. When I arrived she said the parking was $30 I didn't see this anywhere on the website and this is a ridiculous price for Windsor. If this was Toronto that would be a different story. When I first arrived there was no parking on site but she said I could park across in the parking lot but once I pay if i leave again before the morning I have to pay for parking again. When I got to my room the fire alarm was beeping continuously so I had to pack up my things and move to another room. I was on the ninth floor and had to go all the way down with my stuff to the first floor to get another key, which should have been brought up to me for the inconvenience. When I got to the new room the plug in the bathroom sink wasn't working. I let the front desk know I was going out to get food that if they couldn't fix it that I wasn't moving rooms again. When I return back it was fixed.
