Old hotel and the noise standard was awful. The room was in a bad state of repair. Noise was a bother from the street and the room above.Room service was non existent as it took over 3hours to find that our order didn’t get delivered.Normally I’m very happy. With our stay in Perth but not with this hotel.

This hotel is extremely old, worn out and poorly, maintained. We were so disappointed at what we thought from photos looked like a lovely hotel, which turned out to be one of the worst I have stayed in. The benches were all warped and peeling, mold in bathrooms because they are so old, constantly leaking taps and a toilet seat that should have been replaced years ago.

Went out drinking, came back and my room key wouldn't work. No compensation for the inconvenience.

Hotel is in poor condition. More like 2 star. Bedrooms must not have been renovated for 30 years. Booked for family of 4. Only 2 cups and 2 glasses, only 1 spare pillow, no blankets. Mold in shower. I reported issues to reception and they replied we have limited services at weekend due to no house keeping. I infomed reception, i booked 5 days ago, so no excuse. Reception never apologised. I was told manager will be next on duty on Tuesday. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Big rooms centeral location old rooms had to pay for parking

Terrible service to a customer struggling with significant mental health issues visiting Perth for cancer treatment. Staff including assistant manager need training around dealing with problematic and complex customers.

Great location. Spacious room. Loved having both a lounge and a desk. Nice to sit outside with the greenery. Fittings a little tired but overall excellent value for money.

Hotel is in a very central location to the city center. It is easy to walk to shopping, restaurants, trains etc. However, the hotel is very dated. The room I had was spacious with a supposed King bed (2 beds joined together to make a King size). There is NO SAFE in the rooms - there is one in the hotel reservation area. The bathroom is very dated and the shower stall has a lot of mold. The ceiling in the bathroom also had mold and thus the reason for the poor rating. The price was excellent for a hotel in such central area. The hotel needs to update their bathrooms.
