Hyatt Place Phoenix/Chandler-Fashion Center

My stay was really nice and comfortable. Check in was simple and quick, and front desk was really helpful. Room was very spacious! My only disappointment was I needed to fix the bathroom door, and not having a microwave in my room! Luckily cold pizza is the best! Still a great stay!

Our experience was not good. To start with..there were long black hairs on the bathroom floor (my husband and I both have short gray hair) The room we were in #312 was beside the main street with a stop light. The road noise was very loud all night. Will not be going back there. Given the location we expected better.

Hotel rooms are large and affordable, but not very well maintained. Mold in the bathroom. Nastiness in the caulking around the toilet. Broken bathroom door (just slides on the carpet cause hinge is broken). Lots of noise from neighboring rooms. And who designs a hotel room with a picture window that leads directly to another room's balcony? Breakfast was almost nonexistent.

Was nice that is was 2 rooms, sofa, tv and desk in one, then bed and tv and bath in other area, bedding very good and comfy bed

Jessica was awesome! She made sure we were well taken cared of. The rooms were clean enough but the shower, the tiles need more cleaning. Since it’s Covid, the breakfast was to go and no choice of hot food.

The first room we were given was dirty the second room we were given was even worse. We left and went to a different hotel. They were very accommodating and apologetic and gave us our money back but they are seriously lacking in cleanliness.

Toilet was not clean that much. Other than that, everything was fine.

the establishment was superior. Housekeeping was a major disappointment as there was none after the first night stay. Very disappointing to find an unmade bed, used bathroom linen untouched and no apology from the desk. There was no notice that housekeeping was up to the customer when booking the stay or when arriving. I feel I did not get what I had paid for on the second day

My only complaint is i thought the pillows were hard. Other than that, GREAT!
