Grand Hyatt Jakarta

The staff at the hotel are excellent and there is a good range of restaurants. The rooms are large but I did find the beige carpet and furniture a bit in expiring however the beds are super comfy.

Service wise probably the best hotel in Jakarta and with connection to Plaza Indonesia shopping mall made our stay very convenience. The Gym and spa with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are really good and you can request late checkout until 14:00 pm. The mrt station (bundaran HI station) is located right in front of the hotel as well.

Room was large and the view over the pool really lovely. Staff are polite and helpful.

It was a pleasant stay. All staff members are very kind and help you with anything you need.

Loved it. Great property with great facilities. Food in the restaurants and the lounge were superb. Convenient access to the Indonesian Plaza shopping.

I love the staff they all look good , and friendly . But they need change the old furniture n make more diversity on breakfast buffet .
