Riverfront Hotel, SureStay Collection by Best Western

An overall great stay as far as service and amenities, the only mishap was the leak in there bathroom ceiling. After arriving and warming the cool room i found the bathroom had a leak. The associate was quick to get me in to another room next door after first turning on the heater in there, which i thought was very nice of her.

Property looks like it's in process of remodel or something. Room itself as nice, bathrooms need work. We were not given any hand towels and only given 1 washcloth. Not impressed. Landscaping was horrible. Dead plants.

Staff was friendly and accommodating but housecleaning staff wasn’t wearing a mask and didn’t have the rooms clean.

Overall our stay was decent. The price point is what sold me on staying here. We live locally and our A/C went out on the hottest day of summer. The A/C definitely works in the rooms. I really like the fact that they remodeled and put in laminate wood floors. It’s classy and makes me feel better about my feet touching the ground vs carpet. My one gripe is the odor. It’s an older hotel that has been fully remodeled however our room had a musty smell. You get over it but it was definitely off putting. I would recommend they put in some odor trappers to help with that. All 4 of us took a shower and there was plenty of warm water plus the pressure was great. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I would recommend staying here if you are on a budget but also would never stay at a motel 6. Front desk was very friendly both check in and check out.

The towels were old ond dirty. Spider and spiderweb in the bathroom, and in the bed area. Shower was dirty with bugs flying around.

This is a nice facility with a great Riverwalk. There's a swing that has a perfect place to look over the river. The entry is large and the eating area is very nice. We were in room 109 - a king with a nice loveseat and lots of room, however the bathroom was small and the door wouldn't shut. It needs to be trimmed down to fit the door jam

Newly remodeled outside. However, dirty sheets, bathroom door wouldn't lock. No TP in the bathroom. Only blue stripe pool towels in bathroom. Pubic hair on toilet. Understand pool and breakfast being closed due to COVID, but rooms should be clean regardless.
