Very nice hotel, Very clean, Great location, friendly stuff. Worth staying for a short time.

Lovely hotel and conveniently location by the station. Nice staff and facilities, and rooms are top notch. My only concerns were there were a number of homeless And intimidating Islamic people near the hotel and I didn’t feel safe, I was approached by a few trying to get money and they were Very rude. It was also very noisy on the second night of my stay

This is truly a fabulous hotel. The room was totally quiet, even though we looked at the busy train station. I want windows like that for my own house! The room is spacious and super clean. The bed was wonderful. If you want a king-size bed, book it in advance. Healthy food just steps away in a little kiosk, we did not go to the restaurant but it looked great. Add to that the convenience of being right at the train station in the city center. We will be back!

We decided to stay here because of its proximity to the train station. We had tickets to the tennis tournament in Halle for two days and knew that we could go by public transportation from Bielefeld.The front desk staff was welcoming when we arrived at about 7pm, spoke excellent English and was very helpful with suggestions for dinner in the old town. We enjoyed a walk around and had an excellent Italian dinner at a restaurant in the old town. The public areas in the hotel were beautiful, with coffee and tee available self-service in the lobby even though we had chosen not to have breakfast included with our room. The room was large, clean and comfortable, with a great shower and nice bathroom. Wifi was great and solid. Through no fault of the hotel - the public transportation to the tennis stadium in Halle wasn't as great as advertised, because only one bus or train was running per hour following the regular schedule even during the high attendance period for the tennis tournament. The resulting crowds far exceeded the capacity of either the bus or the train in both directions during the most popular hours of attendance. We lucked out by being where the vehicle doors opened on 3 of our 4 trips between the hotel and the stadium. On the 4th trip, we shared a taxi back to the hotel with another hotel guest who called back to the hotel to arrange for a taxi to come pick us up. I would heartily recommend this hotel!

Bielefeld is not a big tourist town and the hotel pickings are slim. I lived here for a year 30 years ago, and the hotel at that time had been closed for years, so it was neat to see it open and occupied. The location is very convenient if you are arriving by train (the parking garage is small and cramped). The hotel rooms here are typical of Europe - small, but adequate. Service was good - friendly and efficient from check-in to checkout. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Very practical, due to being across from the train station and very close to the pedestrian shopping area. Large rooms, very clean, with coffee machine! Good breakfast in a large room with a lot of sunlight Very nice and friendly staff

Christmas markets in full flow.. quick weekend visit to enjoy. hotel was clean.. staff were friendly and accommodating. would recommend staying there
