Sheraton Suites Country Club Plaza

Bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. My wife and I were up tossing and turning all night. No hot water...just warm, even after letting it run for over 15 min. A few of the room lights did not work either.

Shower in both of our rooms had a poor shower head and both tubs didn’t drain, other than that our stay was fine.

Our room initially wasn’t cleaned, but they quickly solved the problem and found another room with a slight upgrade. So we appreciated their responsiveness.

Doesn’t seem like rooms, carpet or anything besides lobby has been updated in many years. Bed was worn out and sagged badly to the middle. Hard for two people to not end up squished in the middle.

Great visit, seamless check-in and friendly staff. The location is great and being dog friendly is a must for us. There are free parking options nearby if the $18/night paid parking is too steep, although the elevator straight to your floor is great!

Ok our room was disgusting No toiletries, half empty can of soda in the room , trash on the floor one hand towel already used and silica packets on one of the beds Dirty sick on the floor next to the bed by the windows . They offered to change rooms or give us 20 percent off. So dissapointed..back to Best Western

Our stay here has been very good. The location was perfect with close access to anything you may need. Many restaurants, shopping and even groceries. Just be mindful of holds and deposits for items within the hotel. But overall this has been a wonderful stay.

The desk staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel decor was beautiful and clean. Even though it was busy, the staff was attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was just a short walk from lots of stores and restaurants. Great stay! (The heated pool was open, but we didn't get a chance to check it out.)

Rooms are super dated and gross. Carpet had obvious stains. Bed was very uncomfortable and could feel the springs.
