Embassy Suites by Hilton Santa Ana Orange County Airport

New Years Eve vacation at the Embassy Suites was a pleasant stay despite nothing going on at the hotel. We were a two person party. We watched the fireworks from our balcony and made use of the mini bar area. The rooms were clean. The bed was plush, clean, and had feather pillows and synthetic fiber pillows which I like better. The bathroom had instant hot water and lasted hot for our long showers. However the tub didn’t drain well which we informed the hotel to send a plunger, but had to wait till morning. Breakfast consisted of packaged hard boiled eggs, bagel, yogurt, condiments and choice of beverage. I parked my vehicle. Parking lot was safe. But an occasional suspicious person would pass through. Parking is $22 additional !!!!!!!!!!!! Overall a good stay.

It was Christmas night and they did not let me check in to the hotel because I did not have my ID on me even tho I had a picture of my ID and stayed there the night before. I had told them I will be right back to get my ID as soon as I get back to check in with my ID. The manager had said he couldnot check me in with out my card that I just showed him before I left to get my ID! Unfortunately I lost my debit card somewhere at the hotel from when I had to go back to get my ID because I just had it on me and even showed the manager. Terrible service overall and a waste of money n night even tho I did not stay there

I had to change rooms 3 times.. and I only stayed 3 nights!!!! Two rooms had roaches , one room was dirty bathroom sink, keys get demagnetized evey night ! They try to overcharged me like I was driving an RV..

Extremely rude receptionist for check in, sorry to have bothered you with my business. However, the Valet and morning receptionist were exceptional!!

It was very good and comforting. Never felt this comfortable at any hotel.

Bathroom door was falling apart and would not close and lock. Room smelled very stale. Overly warn . Microwave not working, alarm clock not functioning. Ridiculous $22.00 a day parking fee for that area and exit gate from parking not working. All very dingy in the room.

I am very dissapointed with my stay here. If I'm already paying over 100$ for a nightly stay I do not expect to pay an extra 22$ just to park. And to top off that frustration this hotel is trying to charge me twice for parking!

The toilet did not work properly and the heater did not work all night. The front desk said they would provide a discount that was never applied because it was booked through hotels.com. The outside of the place looks great, but the room that we had was terrible. Last and only time booking this hotel.

This hotel is kind of gross. It looks really nice from the outside and the pictures online make it seem very well kept and in good condition. It’s not. The tub was disgusting and I felt uncomfortable showering, even with flip flops on. There was visible dirt and dust piling in the corner as well. The bed was unstable and unbalanced. Most notably, I entered the hotel to check in while my boyfriend parked the car. There was a man and a woman standing at the counter causing an absolute scene. The man was visibly under the influence of something and was not wearing a mask. He was screaming at both the staff and the woman accompanying him. The staff thankfully handled the situation very well and escorted him off the property. We were also compensated for half the cost of parking which I appreciated. Bottom line, the hotel itself is dingy and worn down. But the staff is great. They are polite, always in a good mood and very warm and welcoming. I wouldn’t stay here again but I appreciate the staff.
