King suite with bathtub

Upon checking in, the gentleman in the front was very uncommunicative. We booked a king suite with a bathtub online. After explaining the Parking fee he quickly asked for me to insert my form of payment. I paid beforehand so I was surprised when it said $100. I had to ask “is this a down payment?” He nodded yes and said it will be refunded in 2-5 days. Totally fine but why do I have to ask? When we got to the room because we immediately noticed there wasn’t a bathtub which was confusing because he didn’t mention anything about the room being different than what I paid for online. We went downstairs to clear the confusion and he explained that the king room with a bathtub was a handicap room and that the bathtub was “weird”. Confused I asked “why didn’t you explain that when We checked in?” . He then said that he could put us in the king room with the handicap bathroom or we could get a room with two queen beds instead. Frustrated, we opted for the queen room . He gave us our new keys and we went to our room. About ten minutes later my fiancé went to check out the shower and as we turned on the water we realized it was not getting hot! We immediately called down to the desk and they quickly said that they will change our room. Third times the charm I guess. This stay was disappointing to say the least. No apologies, no hospitality. We felt like we were asking for too much just for hot water and a bathtub. Also the lack of communication and friendliness off-putting.

Nice hotel, random charges.

I thought it was a little ridiculous that we had to pay for parking. The parking was for the hotel & it wasn’t valet. It was just parking to stay overnight. $17 a night. I thought that was ridiculous. The hotel was nice & clean & comfortable. The people at the check in were nice. They took $100 for incidentals. Still awaiting it to return to my account... There was no full breakfast that they usually have because of COVID. Just a take & go & we came down at 9:40am to grab it but they stopped serving AT 9:30 so we were late. Lol Overall the stay was good.

Friendly and helpful

Excellent staff. Friendly, helpful and informative in regards to available surrounding restaurant's and shopping.

Basic cleaning failed

Arrived at 1AM they had no more king rooms. I got put with a room with 2 beds. In the middle of the two beds was a bad smell of vomit which was still wet. Went down to change rooms and the second room wasn’t cleaned well. The clean seal was broken prior to me entering. There was candy wrappers under the table. And the toilet seat had urine stains all over on the outside. I was to exhausted to go back out and change rooms again.

Book a king room when I got check in there was no kings room left so I had to get a double bed. Got charged for parking. But wasn’t specified on the booking. Continental breakfast was out of everything but 8 am

Luckily i got a complimentary wifi Access because i don't go to hotels that make you pay for Wifi. Also, when you request for review, you should ask to rate how was the Wifi.

They should shut down

Disappointed poorly maintained and bad service, Seemed like staying in a adandoned place.

Property is very well maintained and spacious. Rooms are spacious as well. Complimentary breakfast and reception offers an excellent variety of food and drinks!!

the staff , but didn't like that I was put in a room right next door to a room that was being renovated, and there was lots of banging.
