Novotel Birmingham Airport

Location good but expensive. Rooms comfortable with good size and modern shower room.

Nice place, all the others in Birmingham looked shabby!

Has to be the best spot for an overnight before flying from Birmingham, literally across the road from departures, reasonable prices good bar an lovely foods too, also have to say the Bar staff are Amazing, have stayed twice in recent weeks and they are fantastic, big thanks from us.

Excellent check in great staff, bar staff worked very hard to serve tables and were excellent they are a credit to the hotel. Everything very clean durimg rhis covid ceazy time! Fantasic hotel for overnight before the airport, literally steps from the terminal building. Great stay, food in bar was great too. Thanks

Really convenient for a late night arrival or an early morning departure.....just 50 yards or so from the terminal. We arrived late at night in Covid conditions, so we were of course limited in what we could see or do, but all we really needed was a comfortable bed...............and the beds here are extremely comfortable..........and a good breakfast, which, given the rerstrictions in place, was ably provided. Every single member of staff whom we met were unfailingly cheerful and the place was "Covid secure", so we felt safe. The acid test is that we will most certainly return to Novotel on our next trip via Birmingham Airport.

Nightmare parking ..beds were very uncomfortable but on a whole the room itself was clean ..reception was helpful and the bar/food was ok

Room very good - food in restaurant/bar very poor and wine at 12.50 a glass for a very average wine you should be ashamed

Good overnight stay at a reasonable price. Staff friendly, room clean and comfortable!

Stayed at Novotel Birmingham airport ahead of a flight early the next day. We parked in the meet and greet the night of arrival which was cheaper and easier than paying for the NCP for one night. Hotel staff were excellent, advised us of any changes due to coronovirus, and the room was great, including a decent sized bed settee for the kids (age 13 & 15). They were also extremely impressed with the size of the tv and the fact that you could cast your own content to it. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very good - not the cheapest but about what you’d expect for a hotel. And so easy the next morning to just walk across the road to the airport. Would definitely stay here again
