Homewood Suites by Hilton Salt Lake City-Midvale/Sandy

The room was clean but it smelled bad.... i booked a suite with a fire place but didnt work .... the A/C didnt keep my room cool

The room wasn’t clean. There was broken glass all over the floors and hairs as well. We stayed there 5 days and four nights and house keeping never showed up. We didn’t have enough towels or toilet paper. Overall we didn’t like the service. I don’t recommend this hotel at all!

We will never book at this Hilton again! When first arriving, was approached and insulted right off the start. I was lied to, and judged, by the staff. They made me feel like i wasn't good enough to be staying there, even after i had completely paid up front for the room. We were a party of 5 staying for 2 nights, and there was a half roll of toilet paper. The container for the tissues was empty. The day of checkout, the cleaning service walked right in at 9a.m. All I would tell a friend is, don't stay here there's the Holiday Inn Express right across the street

Great stay at Homewood Midvale. Only complaint would be the breakfast. Covid is no excuse to be so skimpy.

Nice and clean with friendly staff. Nothing too impressive, but worth the cost.

Dirty room. Asked to get a new room which we did but the second room was dirty just not as dirty as the first one. Front desk failed to mention we had to request housekeeping at check in so we never got our room serviced during our whole stay

I could go on forever about how awesome this ended up being. A girl named Jordan went over and beyond to make me and my boyfriend reconnect after some troubling times. After we got into the room we were mind blown at the details she put into this hotel room. Not only that, I cannot believe how nice and clean everything is. There is everything you need and more here and plenty of storage so nothing looks cluttered. It's the nicest hotel I've felt in a long time. This was so awesome that I will be staying more than one night!!

The sheets were too rough, bed was hard. The good thing was they had the shamooo and soap samples.
