Baymont by Wyndham Pueblo

Quiet, secure, well maintained hotel. I wish they had actually done a Covid-19 friendly to-go breakfast but I appreciated the coffee and water in the lobby. The room refrigerator could be a little bigger, read taller, but over all we were comfortable and cozy during our stay. We would stay again.

Easy to find. Comfortable bed. Restaurants walking distance. A bit noisy from highway traffic but not unbearable.

Waited about 30 minutes to check in. Breakfast was a bag with juice and granola bars. Common areas could use some cleaning. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Good place

Did not end up staying. Super sketchy area. When we went to check-in the person in front of us was trying to book a room for someone that was not with them and was told they would not book for locals. When I asked if the area was safe the person behind the counter was not horribly convincing. Also got followed by a bum when we went to get pizza nearby before trying to get in the hotel.

Our room was very nice and clean.The only thing I didn't like, is that there is a a train track right behind the hotel and trains pass through at all hours of the night. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Well the outlet didn't work and the light fixture was falling down. We asked to be on the first floor nope on the the 3rd asked to be close to the elevator again nope. When iur door would not lock we finally moved a few doors down. I would never stay at this hotel again. Very dingy and not safe if you can't lock your doirs.

The service desk was very detailed, my husband and I had to provide photo ID. Initially there was no electricity in the room, service desk clerk flipped breaker to turn on power. Breakfast was a bag of granola bars, juice and fruit squeeze container.

Front desk staff left a lot to be desired. Night staff told us that for breakfast that you could come downstairs and tell the staff what you wanted for breakfast and they would get provide from the breakfast room, but what you got was coffee that was luke warm with tons of grounds in it and a bag with a package of two small muffins, small container of applesauce, a juice box and 2 two different granola bars. If you were by yourself you would get to eat both muffins, but since I was there with my boyfriend, we had to share as only 1 package of muffins per room is what we were told. Cleaning staff was great! Bed was comfortable. They had provided ear plugs in the night stand for when the train came by at night! The train tracks were right behind the hotel 30 feet from building. Overall stay was ok.
