Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Easton

Stayed one night to do the train in Philipsburg. It was a quick drive to the train and corn maze.

Our room was not cleaned properly, and certainly not covid standards. We did not check in till late so we did not say anything. The only thing that was clean were the sheets. My husband found someone elses glasses in the couch. Bathroom was not clean. Toothpaste in the sink, hair in the tub. Microwave was disgusting. And there were crumbs and who knows what else on the floor.

The hotel was very clean, staff very attentive and I was definitely impressed which is not easy especially when comes about clean rooms. Everything looked like brand new and during a pandemic that’s one of the most comfortable things to see

There were 3 spiders in the room. The beds definitely didn’t seem to be queen sized. Room 317. Room size was nice. The pool was nice. Very echo-y. Brittany & the female manager were very nice. Other staff members were welcoming also. Breakfast was nice. Considering the Covid, they really went above & beyond with the “To Go” bags & if you wanted pancakes, she prepared them quickly with the pancake maker right there, which didn’t take long.

Staff very accommodating. Room spacious. Location convenient

Check in was very efficient and friendly. They allowed us early access to our room (1 pm) without extra charge. We stayed in a new renovated room. Pillows and bed very comfortable. Pool was open but we didn’t use. Loved this hotel, staff and would stay again.

The staff and the room was nice is was very relaxing.

I need to go back ASAP

The property was Amazing. My husband and i were celebrating our 11 year Wedding Anniversary. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was Amazing.

The hotel is now under renovation. After completion of that, I think it will be more comfortable. Due to COVIS-19 restriction, its services could be limited but still ok.
