During Covid-19 you would hope the room is extremely sanitized as they say until you see other people’s hair in the shower, yuck!!!

Front desk staff was rude. The breakfast was awful. Not well stocked. Rooms were clean.

Employees at the front desk were not very pleasant. Room reservation was for a handicapped room for whatever reason. Disagree with parking charge per room; should be per car.

We stay here every time we visit our daughter at Pitt. We keep coming back because it is a nice, clean place, the staff is very friendly and it is in a good location. Will be back next visit!

The hotel is clean with an excellent and friendly staff. We have stayed at the hotel twice so far for easy access to medical facilities. My only complaint about the hotel are the beds are extremely firm and the pillows to small. We stayed in a King room and they gave us 4 standard pillows. Mattress comfort is a personal issue. I know people who would love the beds. My wife and I did not. However, firm bed or not, I will be staying here again. The positives outway the one negative I have.

Overall good but a musty smell in the room and the lighting was terrible to dim all over.

I was told special rates for UPMC patients and a shuttle to take us there. Neither held true. I was charged for parking at the hotel and again at the hospital. I was supposed to have 1 queen bed, a sofa and microwave, fridge and a bath tub. There was no sofa, microwave or tub. I was very disappointed.

Great location to campus and view of the mountains. Parking was available which is always a plus. For all of the Covid restrictions going on they made us feel so welcome and at home. Thanks Hampton!
