Grand Millennium Auckland

Nice hotel on the whole. Was disappointing that it was taking so long to check people in. Surely this could be better managed. The parking verification when we left wasn’t working which resulted in a very frustrating exit of the parking building with lots of ques after being instructed to press the I button with no response! A disappointing end to a nice night away.

Amazing stay as always. Staff are alsays courteous and professional. The room is very clean. I can't complain about the bathroom either. Just need to request for the bathrobes. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The car park however was fully occupied. Social distancing in olace and is in order. Only1 bubble is allowed through the lifts. The extra blanket (fleece) however didn't look or smell fresh. This needs to be checked imo since winter is here othereise overall stay was perfect. Fast check-out.

Requested a quiet room and it was great. Had breakfast at the Atrium but waited 30 minutes after we ordered before it arrived. Great location. We parked the car and didn’t use it again until departure

Had a twin double room very spacious, lovely bathroom . Quiet location of hotel , 11th floor.

Good location and room, terrible service. Breakfast was awful, room not serviced until the 3rd day, Japanese restaurant closed despite advertising everywhere for it

Location , very accessible to Auckland CBD, good car parking

The room had a large lump of toilet/tissue paper stuck to the scotia. The Japanese restaurant food was ordinary.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. We really appreciated the upgrade due to being our wedding anniversary and my wife's birthday, also the bottle of bubbly and chocolate. Staff were very friendly and helpful.Lovely hotel, very well located. Very clean and comfortable

Decided to stop here again after an awesome experience last time. Service, like last time, was excellent and friendly. The rooms are starting to show their age a little but are functional and very very comfortable. The bed and bedding is quite possible the most comfortable ive slept in. Aircon is somewhat noisy. Unfortunately, breakfast was shocking. We were the only two people having breakfast and they still got it wrong. Asked for no mushrooms and got mushrooms. Asked for fried eggs and got poached. The wife asked for poached eggs and got hard fried. For $25 it was pretty poor. A real shame as the rest of the stay was fantastic.
